Narrow, long, Koh Ngai, which you will also find written Koh Hai, is the small posh island. Locals speak of it as the Maldives of Thailand rightly. With its dreamy beach on the east side, its inland jungle, and its coral reefs offshore (crystal clear water and turquoise blue), this small island is a heavenly place to spend your holidays. Koh Ngai – Fantasy Resort
Koh Ngai is a small paradise 3 km long on a white sand beach, warm and crystal clear sea, lush tropical forest vegetation and many species of birds, including hornbills. The Phutawan Raft House is located on Chiaw Lan Lake, itself intouré of imposing limestone mountains of different shapes.
You will stay in a double bungalow or in a floating capsule with fan and shared bathroom (clean). The peculiarity of these capsules is that they have glass walls offering a magnificent view of the lake and its emerald water.

- At your Arrival at Krabi Airport at 9:30 am (Flight TG241), our driver will wait for you at the exit with a sign Amon Tour and will take you to the small paradise island of Koh Ngai (around 2 hours by road and 20 minutes by boat).

15/03 - The paradise islands of Koh Rok and Koh Kradan and the Emerald Cave

- Start your day at 9am.
- Koh Rok: Archipelago of 2 islands, famous for its pristine beaches, clear waters and rich marine life. Ideal for diving and snorkeling.
- Koh Kradan: It is often described as one of the most beautiful islands in the region thanks to its powdery white sand beaches and turquoise waters. Perfect for relaxation and snorkeling.
- Emerald Cave: You can discover a secret lagoon hidden inside the island. The only way is to swim through an underwater tunnel that opens into a surprisingly green tropical paradise intouré of limestone cliffs and a beautiful white sand beach. The cave was a landmark for smugglers and is famous for having been used by pirates as a secret and secluded place to hide their treasure. It is a very touristic which can be visited especially from Koh Lanta. At the end of the afternoon, it is the assurance of being able to soak up the best of this gift of nature.

17/03 - Arrival at Khao Sok - Meeting with elephants and jungle dinner
- Meals: Bamboo breakfast and dinner

- Departure at 9 a.m. towards the village of Khao Sok (around 20 minutes by boat and 4 hours by road)
- Installation in your double bungalows.
- You find your guide to 15hhe takes you first to a street a little out of the village for an overview of local life before you take you to an elephant camp where you are expected to give bath to elephants in the river…
- Around 18 p.m., retour at the resort.
- Meanwhile the guide's assistant has prepared your bamboo dishes and cooks your dinner over a wood fire according to the techniques of the jungle ... Rice and curries cooked in bamboo, skewers ... Tasting of this delicious meal under the stars.
- Your guide then takes you to explore the alentours for y observe the little nightlife : amazing insects, giant toads, bright spiders ...

18 / 03 - Discovery of Chiew Larn Lake
- Meals: Breakfast, lunch, dinner.

- Breakfast served at the hotel restaurant.
- Looking find your guide to 8h30 for your stay on Lake Chiew Larn.
- After about 1h30 from road, you arrive at the lake pier where your captain and his boat await you.
- While making some dicetours to make you enjoy the beauties of the lake, the captain takes you to the floating bungalow complex where you will spend the night.
- You can settle in your floating bungalow and finally offer you a first swimming in this crystal clear water...
- After an excellent Thai lunch, retournose in the water, take a good nap or let yourself go in simple contemplation of the landscape ...
- In the afternoon, your guide will take you to visit the Diamond Cave.
- This cave presents karstic formations typical of the region but also some formations of a very great delicacy, specific. It is home to a complete ecosystem (bats, locusts, spiders ...)
- After the visit of the cave you take the canoes to join the set of floating bungalows.
- At the end of the afternoon, boat safari along the riverbanks. Enjoy the scenery under the changing lights of the end of the day as your guide tracks down all your life ... Macaques, worms, hornbills and eagles are looking for their last meal of the day.
- Retour at the floating bungalows at nightfall.
- A lake fish, a curry and some other Thai delicacies are waiting for you for dinner.

19/03 - Wake up on the lake and transfer to Krabi
- Meals: Breakfast and lunch

- After a morning wake up, probably to the sound of gibbons (at least to the sounds of the jungle), the guide will propose you a second safari(Departure from the boat: 7h - you can serve yourself a coffee first!) along the banks after which a breakfast will be waiting for you.
- It is the best time to watch wildlife... With a bit of luck, you can see a group of macaques drinking, a monitor worming on a branch, worms jumping from tree to tree, maybe even gibbons in full concert! (Everything is possible but nothing is guaranteed, of course!)
- After a hearty breakfast, your guide will take you to another corner of the jungle, this time on foot. Your captain drops you off with your guide at the end of the path. The hike (about 3 hours, adaptable) is on flat ground, begins with a beautiful waterfall and ends in apotheosis between 2 huge cliffs. It is a recently opened path, rarely used in a virgin jungle.
- Your captain is waiting for you at the end of the road to take you back to your set of floating bungalows where a good lunch awaits you.
- Free time, swimming is always as delicious and canoes are available.
- In the afternoon, your captain will take you back to the lake pier around 14 p.m. Our driver is waiting for you, heading to Klong Muang beach (about 2 hours drive).

Here are some tips for your stay in Thailand
- ♥ Attention, most payments are made in cash in Thailand: it may be useful to ask your bank to raise the withdrawal limit for the time of your trip.
- ♥ We recommend that you make a minimum of change at the airport (max.50 €) as the commission fees are generally higher than in the city center. Privilege the big Thai national banks: Bangkok Bank, KasiKorn Bank, Siam Commercial Bank. Do not make the change in France.
- ♥ Provide an unlocked phone to buy a local phone chip that costs almost nothing. Savings guaranteed from the first minute of use, even for France and unlimited internet. (Choose preferably networks: True Move, AIS or DTAC).
- ♥ Anti-mosquito product to buy locally (available in all grocery stores - at 7 Eleven for example), much more effective than the products that can be found in France.
To put in your suitcase
- ♥ Plan what to cover in transport, they are often over-conditioned.
- ♥ For your tours at sea, bring a cap, sunscreen, UV T-shirt, sunglasses, beach towel and rain jacket (just in case!). Masks and snorkels are provided but do not hesitate to take yours for more comforts.
- ♥ A pair of closed shoes resistant to water.
