Khao Sok - Krabi - Koh Mook
Located in Surat Thani province, less than 3h from Ao Nang, pArtez off the beaten track to discover the sublime Khao Sok National Park in total immersion in the heart of the jungle in all its splendor: an end of the world covered with virgin forest. Karst mountains, sublime lakes, impressive caves, waterfalls, gibbons, encounter with elephants and tree houses… lots of activities await you for an extraordinary stay in the heart of nature.
Amazing Krabi! This coastal province has countless natural attractions that never fail to amaze. Add to that white sand beaches, waterfalls, coral reefs, clear waters, caves and many jungle covered islands. It is not surprising that the tourism has been booming for several years. Like Phang nga, Krabi is known for the fascinating limestone karsts rising above azure waters.
Koh Mook (or Koh Muk) is known for its magnificent emerald cave in which you can only access by swimming, a real pirate landmark! Very few resorts, still preserved from tourmass ism, this charming little island is mostly inhabited by sea gypsies. Then on land excursions you will explore the natural pools of Sa Kheo and Thalane mangrove sea kayaking.
In Koh Mook, explore with your English-speaking captain the impressive and fascinating emerald cave, undoubted beauty of the region accessible only by the sea by swimming through a tunnel that takes you to a small white sand beach and incredible turquoise water and a day at sea to discover the most beautiful beaches and seabed in the alentours: Koh Kradan, and its secret paradisiacal beaches, with several mask and snorkel dives throughout the day in a transparent sea!

Arrival in Surat Thani - Transfer to Khao Sok Village

- Take your connection to Surat Thani Airport. Our driver will be waiting for you to drive you to the village of Khao Sok (about 1h drive). You are there! French speaking welcome and installation in the family house perched in the jungle. Discovery of places and relaxation.
- At the end of the afternoon: descent the Sok river by canoe: discovery of the local fauna (Monkeys, monitor lizard, turtle ...) between jungle and krastic peaks
- Dinner at the resort.

Primary jungle hike and bamboo cooking

- Breakfast served at the resort restaurant at 8 am. Your guide will join you around 8:30 am for the final preparations. You have prepared a small backpack each for your 3 days of adventures (you will collect the rest of your luggage at the end of the expedition). You are then driven to the start of a path about ten kilometers from the hotel.
- Three hours of walking in a jungle deeper and deeper take you to Chiew Larn Lake. After a picnic, Another hour of walking on a rarely used path until reaching the camp site chosen by your guide, by the river.
- Vous pouvez profiter of the swimming in the river while the guide and his assistant prepare the camp and the meal. In a few minutes you will see glasses bamboo plates and pans… Then a meal of unparalleled flavor!
- If conditions permit, your guide will suggest a small night walking safari in order to observe insects and frogs ... Even with a little luck, a little Malaysian buckshot or a civet.
- Night in the jungle in a specialized hammock with integrated mosquito net (comfortable).
Discovery of Lake Chiaw Lan

- After a wake up in the middle of a deep jungle you enjoy a breakfast cooked over a wood fire. You then resume walking until you reach the cave to 4 entrances Then cave of the crossing, 2 old landmarks of the communist rebels. After visiting the caves, a last lunch in the jungle. You then reach the lake by a well marked path. There your boat and its captain await you.
- Discover the fabulous scenery of Chiew Larn Lake as your captain takes you to your floating resort. Finally enjoy a good swim in the clear waters of the lake.
- In the late afternoon you retournose on the boat for a safari along the banks. Savor the beauties of the site under the changing lights at the end of the day as your guide tracks down every trace of life… Macaques, semnopithecus, hornbills and eagles are looking for their last meal of the day.
- Retour to the floating bungalows at nightfall. A fish from the lake, a curry and some other Thai delicacies await you for dinner.
- Night in your floating capsule.
Boat safari on the lake - Arrival in Ao Nang
- Meal: Small déjeuner.

- After a morning awakening, probably to the sound of gibbons (at least to the sounds of the jungle), the guide will suggest you a second safari (departure of the boat: 7am - you can help yourself to a coffee first!) along the banks after which a breakfast will be waiting for you. This is the best time to watch wildlife... With a bit of luck, you can see a group of macaques drinking, a monitor worming on a branch, worms jumping from tree to tree, maybe even gibbons in full concert! (Everything is possible but nothing is guaranteed, of course!)
- After a hearty breakfast it's time to enjoy swimming, the tranquility of the place or to do a little canoe trip ...
- After lunch, your captain takes you back to the lake pier to 14h.
- Transfer by private vehicle direction Ao Nang (about 2h). Installation in your bungalows.
- Tip: Take the hotel shuttle to Ao Nang Beach (5 min) to watch the sunset over the local islands.

The wonders of Phang Nga Bay

- Boarding to 9h on a traditional boat (Long tail Boat) and heading to the northern tip of Koh Yao Noi, in the heart of Phang Nga Bay. After crossing the Hong Islands archipelago with stops at Koh Pakbiar and / or Koh Ladin, you will spend most of the day discovering natural masterpieces Koh Kudu and Koh King. Stroll in the jungle to see one of the largest trees in Thailand. Buffet lunch on the beach with Thai specialties.
- Depending on the tide, you will visit a real pirate landmark in which you will spend the night! This is a large cave open to the sea located on a beach on the eastern tip of Koh Yao Noi. Today fishermen always use it several times a month and you may have the chance that they prepare your dinner (Not guaranteed).
- The guide's assistant installs your camp while you admire the sunset on another paradise beach.
- Retour in the cave, daily catch over a wood fire for dinner. Then when the darkness is total, experience the unique swim in the luminescent box.

Koh Hong and snorkeling and arrival at Koh Mook

The cave was a landmark for smugglers and is famous for having been used by pirates as a secret and secluded place to hide their treasure. It is a very touristic which can be visited especially from Koh Lanta.
