Your activities: this package will introduce you to unusual natural sites (beaches, forests and viewpoints) and will expose you to new methods of healing and personal development. As marine biologist Wallace J. Yoga on the beach

This “beach yoga” activity is a mixture of Hatha and Vinyāsa style. Hatha Yoga is the most practiced yoga in the West. This type of Yoga, through the precise and rhythmic practice of postures, allows the practitioner to optimize the control of his body and his senses. The postures are generally maintained for a relatively long time (attour 3min). Vinyāsa is a Sanskrit term with several meanings but which generally refers to the sequential movement which interconnects postures (asanas) to form a continuous flow. It therefore designates a fluid and dynamic form of yoga, linked to the breath (pranayama) and can thus be defined as a dynamic sequence of movements, initiated and harmonized by the breath.
