Khao Sok - Krabi - Koh Mook
Located in Surat Thani province, less than 2h from Ao Nang, pArtez off the beaten track to discover the sublime Khao Sok National Park in total immersion in the heart of the jungle in all its splendor: an end of the world covered in virgin forest. Karst mountains, sublime lakes, impressive caves, waterfalls, gibbons, encounters with elephants and treehouses…plenty of activities await you there for an extraordinary stay in the heart of nature.
Amazing Krabi! This coastal province has countless natural attractions that never fail to amaze. Add to that white sand beaches, waterfalls, coral reefs, clear waters, caves and many jungle covered islands. It is not surprising that the tourism has been booming for several years. Like Phang nga, Krabi is known for the fascinating limestone karsts rising above azure waters.
Koh Mook (or Koh Muk) is known for its magnificent emerald cave in which you can only access by swimming, a real pirate landmark! Very few resorts, still preserved from tourmass ism, this charming little island is mostly inhabited by sea gypsies. It is the ideal starting point to discover the paradisiacal islands of the south of Koh Lanta including Koh Hai (or Koh Ngai), Koh Kradan and Koh Rok

Before setting off on an expedition on the lake, we suggest that you gain height and spend a night in the trees! The Khao Sok Tree House resort offers family homes nestled up to 30m high!
Laguna rafthouse – Chiaw Lan Lake – Khao Sok
You will stay in a deluxe bungalow floating on the lake and designed to make you feel close to this incredible nature! For 2 to 4 people, they are equipped with air conditioning (in the evening) and a private bathroom. A breathtaking panorama of the lake will be available to you from your bed.

Arrival in Krabi (Phuket), transfer to Khao Sok: Elephant encounter and jungle dinner
- Meal: having dinner.

- From Krabi airport, welcome by our driver and transfer to Khao Sok (Approximately 2 hours drive). Installation in your perched bungalow (from 14 p.m.) and relaxation. Free lunch at the resort
- You meet your guide around 14:45 p.m., he takes you to meeting happy elephants… These elephants are very lucky to live without constraints (except the ban on destroying neighbors' fields!), if you take good care of them by feeding them well, they will let you caress and observe them and will follow you through the palm grove to the edge of a small river. If you're lucky, they might want to take the opportunity to take a dip in it – don't bother them, then, by going in the water with them: being a spectator of their pleasure is much more satisfying!
- Around 17 p.m., retour at the resort.
- Around 18 p.m. unique experience in the jungle, which allows you to discover nature in an authentic way awaits you. While we explore the surroundings with a guide, an assistant prepares a delicious evening meal using bamboo tableware and traditional jungle techniques. After dinner, the guide takes participants to explore the surroundings.tours for observe nightlife, such as insects, toads and spiders. This excursion allows you to discover the natural beauty of the jungle while learning about the local flora and fauna.

Departure for the lake, hike in primary jungle and karst cave
- Meals: Breakfast, dinnerlunch, dinner.

- Our driver will be at the reception of your Khao Sok hotel around 8:30am. After about 1 hours of driving, you arrive at the lake pier where your guide and your boat await you.
- While making some dicetours to make you appreciate the beauties of the lake, the captain takes you to the complex of floating bungalows where you will spend the night. You can settle in your floating bungalow and finally treat yourself to a first swimming in this crystal clear water...
- After an excellent Thai lunch, retournose in the water, explore the alentours in a canoe, take a good nap or simply indulge in contemplation of the landscape…
- At the end of the afternoon, boat safari along the riverbanks. Enjoy the scenery under the changing lights of the end of the day as your guide tracks down all your life ... Macaques, worms, hornbills and eagles are looking for their last meal of the day.
- Retour to the floating bungalows at nightfall. Lake fish, curry and some other Thai delicacies await you for dinner.
- Overnight in your floating bungalow.

Continuation of the stay on the lake. Continue to Krabi
- Meals: Breakfast, dinneréjeuner

- After a morning awakening, probably to the sound of gibbons (at least to the sounds of the jungle), the guide will suggest you a second safari (boat departure: 7 a.m. - you can help yourself to a coffee first!) along the banks after which breakfast will await you. This is the best time to observe wildlife... With a little luck, you will be able to observe a group of macaques going to drink, a monitor lizard basking on a branch, semnopithecines jumping from tree to tree, perhaps even gibbons in full concert! (Everything is possible but nothing is guaranteed, obviously!)
- After a hearty breakfast, your guide takes you to discover the jungle from the inside during a hike. The hike chosen will depend on the location of your floating hotel, the current occupancy rate and your abilities and desires; it lasts between 2 and 3 hours (less if desired), can include a visit to a cave or access to a viewpoint. In any case, it will be full of discoveries of all kinds…
- Then, after a final swim, your captain takes you to the lake pier around 11am. Breakfast in a local restaurant.
- Transfer by private vehicle to Klong Mueang, near Ao Nang, the seaside resort of Krabi (Approximately 2 hours drive). On the road the driver will stop for a free visit to the Wat Bang Ton Temple, dedicated to Rama X the new King of Thailand.
- Welcome in French. Settling in and relaxing in your bungalow.

The wonders of Phang Nga Bay

- Departure 9:30 a.m. You board a traditional boat towards the heart of Phang Nga Bay: Koh Yao Noi: Koh Yao (or Long Island) are the 2 main islands located between Phuket and Krabi. In the north of Koh Yao, we will visit Koh Yao Noi (the small one): the perfect place to admire the heart of the beautiful bay of Phang Nga. Here you can observe hundreds of limestone rock formations of all shapes and heights intoursmall, deserted beaches, including Koh Kudu. It is a quiet beach with huge old trees. In these spectacular views you will find similarities with Halong Bay in Vietnam. Koh King, an incredible island with its hidden lagoon. You can enjoy moments to relax and swim with a delicious Thai buffet on the beach.

Kayak in the mangrove and natural pools

- In the splendid region of Krabi, nature teems with life with its majestic kingfishers, elegant herons and cute crustaceans. To enhance this beauty kayak ride, you will surely have the chance to come across monkeys who will keep you company throughout your journey.
- Let yourself be dazzled by this mangrove forest, an incredible canyon, karst caves and crystal clear lagoons which will offer you unforgettable shots of the authentic nature of Krabi. After this wonderful discovery, you will enjoy the “Sandbox”, our favorite restaurant hidden on Thalane beach.
- The afternoon will be an opportunity for you to explore other wonders of the region such as Tha Pom Klong Song Nam and/or (according to your wishes) the natural swimming pools of Sa Kheo. You will be amazed by a unique flora where mangroves and other rare local trees have been able to adapt to this very specific environment.
- Retour at the villa around 16/17 p.m. according to your desires at the time.

Railay, the local islands & luminescent plankton
- Meal: Small dbreakfast, lunch and aperitif

- From noon until 20 p.m.:
- Embark on a traditional boat called Longtail and direction Railay, the peninsula known by climbers around the world for its sensational climbing routes. We cross the village and visit a cave and the spectacular Phanang beach (Very good site touristic!).
- Then head for the local islands for an unforgettable afternoon at sea. First stop on a small beach to taste some local specialties (buffet lunch). Then on the program: mask and snorkel diving, visit of the small paradise islands of the region, stop on isolated beaches away from the tourmass ism (Lo Sama, Koh Tup and Chicken Islands).
- Finally Koh Poda, to end this day in style with an aperitif in front of the sunset.
- On the retour at the port, enjoy a magical experience: a night swim in the luminescent plankton!

Transfer to Koh Mook - The mythical Emerald Cave at the end of the day

- Departure at 9 a.m. (default time) from your hotel for the Trang pier (by private vehicle, journey approximately 2 hours), followed by a traditional boat crossing to Koh Mook (approximately 20 minutes). Check in and relax.
- From 15 p.m. until sunset, explore Koh Mook and admire its sunset:
- - Explore the reefs Mook's fascinating corals.
- -Emerald Cave: Discover a secret lagoon hidden in the heart of the island. The unique access is by swimming through an underwater tunnel (accessible to all!), opening onto a green tropical setting, framed by limestone cliffs and a beach of bright white sand. Once a den of smugglers, the cave is famous for having served as a secret hiding place for pirates wishing to hide their treasures. It is a popular attraction, often visited from Koh Lanta.
- - Freedom Beach: Savor an enchanting sunset on a preserved beach.
